The Laboratory at OSF Holy Family is an accredited laboratory meeting all standards of the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
OSF Holy Family complies with all state and federal laws that regulate laboratory testing and billing.

We are dedicated to providing rapid access to precise and accurate laboratory tests that assists in evaluating, diagnosing, treating and monitoring our patients.
All disciplines of the laboratory display a high level of competency, performing over 100,000 tests annually.
OSF Holy Family uses approved and credentialed reference laboratories for testing that is not done at OSF Holy Family.
Staff
Our friendly staff includes certified medical technologists, technicians, phlebotomists and professional personnel. We are proud to offer these highly trained professionals who have a collective experience of over 175 years. At OSF Holy Family, we are committed to staying up to date on new and developing technologies. Continuing education is actively promoted and encouraged.

Location
Patients can reach the OSF Holy Family Laboratory by entering the Outpatient Entrance on the south side of the building.
Patients should register at the Patient Access Registration desk as they enter the building. If closed, patients can register at the Emergency Room Registration desk.
