OSF Saint Katharine Hospital Lab Center – Town Square Centre, Suite 201

• Monday – Friday | 6:00 am – 5:00 pm (closed between 12:30 – 1:00 pm) | Walk-in only
• Saturday | 8:00 am – 12:00 pm | Walk-in only

Amboy Clinic 

• Monday – Friday | 8:30 am – 3:00 pm | By appointment only

Ashton Clinic

• Tuesday & Thursday | 9:00 am – 3:30 pm | By appointment only

Oregon Clinic

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (closed between 12:00 – 1:00 pm)

Polo Clinic

• Monday & Wednesday | 8:45 am – 1:15 pm  | By appointment only
• Tuesday | 8:45 am – 11:00 am | By appointment only
