All users interacting with an OSF HealthCare (OSF) Social Media Website, whether it is by commenting on, viewing, or posting any media or content, are subject to these Terms of Use.

OSF Social Media sites include, but are not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and blogs.

This includes spam, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk mail, or any other promotional materials that contain software viruses, worms, disabling code, or programs that are designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit functionality of computer software, hardware, or other electronic communications devices.
    5. You will not collect or store any information, whether personal or professional, from an OSF Social Media Website.

  2. OSF reserves the right to monitor, prohibit, restrict, block, suspend, terminate, or delete any comments, posts, media, or users who violate any of the guidelines outlined above.
  3. By posting any content on an OSF Social Media Website, you grant OSF the irrevocable right to reproduce, distribute, publish, and display such content and to create derivative works from your content, and use any content for any OSF purpose.
  4. By posting any content on an OSF Social Media Website, you acknowledge that OSF is not liable or financially responsible for any losses, damages, claims, settlements, costs, and liabilities of any nature to which may arise, in any form, out of your posting to an OSF Social Media Website, including, but not limited to, copyright infringement and any breach of these Terms of Use.
  5. By posting any content on an OSF Social Media Website, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your privacy when interacting within the site. By its nature, the Internet and all Websites included are not completely secure from hacking or malicious intrusion.

    OSF does not control information found on third party sites and cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of any user information submitted on these sites. This includes all medical and health information, whether identifying or not.

    When posting any content on any Website, please consider the value of the information and avoid posting any truly private or secure information.
  6. OSF does not endorse any product, service, views, or content displayed on OSF Social Media Websites by third-party users or vendors.
